TagTrack Software is the connective tissue that lets your real-world operation flow seamlessly into a living digital environment. Three purpose-built applications work in concert: a stateless localisation engine managed through RTLS Admin, a geometry-aware Digital Twinning service that recreates your facility from uploaded floor plans and smart asset templates, and a Real-Time Monitor that fuses those spatial models with live positional data to drive alerts, analytics and process automation. Each component runs as an independent service, so you can scale or update any layer without disrupting the rest—gaining the clarity of a single integrated platform with the agility of loosely-coupled micro-tools.
All three applications run on dedicated TagTrack servers that are installed physically at your site, ensuring your location data never leaves the premises. Because every component is delivered as a web-app, operators simply open a browser on the local network to configure anchors, build digital twins or watch real-time activity—without installing any client software. When updates or troubleshooting are required, TagTrack engineers connect to the same servers through a secure remote tunnel, so you benefit from continuous improvement and expert support while retaining full control of your infrastructure.
RTLS Admin is the web-based control centre for our Rust-written localisation server. Running statelessly, the server ingests UDP packets from anchors, performs the timing analysis that yields precise 3-D coordinates and then exposes that data through lightweight APIs. Because no session data is stored, the service scales effortlessly both vertically and horizontally, handling anything from a single test zone to an enterprise campus without code changes. RTLS Admin lets you configure anchors, manage tags and monitor network health from any browser, turning a powerful real-time engine into an approachable tool for engineers and operators alike.
Digital Twinning turns floor-plans into immersive, interactive models. After you upload a facility blueprint, a simple workflow guides you through setting the real-world scale, tracing walls and populating the scene with pre-built racks, shelves, pallets, doors, forklifts and other common assets. Every 2-D symbol carries a photorealistic 3-D counterpart and embedded business logic, so the finished model mirrors not just the look but also the behaviour of your operation. This service runs as its own backend process, ensuring that complex geometry and large object libraries never tax the mission-critical localisation engine.
Real-Time Monitor renders the digital twin in motion, merging live coordinates from the localisation server with the static model generated by Digital Twinning. Operators watch workers, vehicles and goods move across the virtual shop floor in real time, drawing safety or process zones directly onto the scene and defining rule-based events. When a forklift crosses a restricted boundary, a supervisor receives an instant alert; if an employee enters an area flagged for high CO₂, the system can trigger an on-site alarm. Evacuation drills become measurable, continuous-improvement exercises as the software records every path and timestamp. Running on the same separate server as Digital Twinning, Real-Time Monitor completes the closed loop between positioning, context and action—so you can see, understand and respond faster than ever.
